NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID #: 2010-DPZ-001
LAWN MAINTENANCE AND OTHER SERVICES
The Village of Palmetto Bay is currently requesting proposals for Lawn Maintenance Services for the “Lot Maintenance and Abandoned Property Program.” The intent of this program is to provide basic lawn maintenance services, secure exposed and/or unsafe pools, and remove yard debris from abandoned properties located within the jurisdictional boundaries of the Village.
Sealed bids will be received by the Village Clerk at Village Hall, 8950 S.W. 152 Street, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157, no later than 3:00 PM on April 30, 2010, at which time they will be publicly opened and announced. To be considered, all interested parties must request and purchase a copy of the bid documents and submit an original and four (4) copies of the required information and documents in one (1) sealed package clearly marked with the bid title. Late submittals and facsimile submissions will not be considered. The respondent shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the response to the bid.
A mandatory, pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 16, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Village Hall, 8950 SW 152 Street, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157 (305-259-1234). Bid documents may be obtained on or after Thursday, April 8, 2010 after 8:30 a.m. at Village Hall (Vanessa Bencomo 305-259-1234 .)
The Village reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to terminate the process at any time (and recommence it at a later time from the beginning), to waive any informalities or irregularities in any submittal, to award in whole or in part to one or more respondents or take any other such actions that may be deemed in the best interest of the Village.
