The Village of Palmetto Bay shall conduct a zoning public hearing on Monday, September 20, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. Discussion and public input will be welcomed concerning the following hearing items which may be of interest to your immediate neighborhood.
The following items are being considered pursuant to Sections 33-311(4)(b) and (c), Miami-Dade County Code and Ordinance No 09-03 (known as the “Shed Amnesty Ordinance”):
