EXPRESS PERMITTING is now available for certain types of permits. If you opt not to use Express Permitting, all other permits and/or plans are considered “Drop-Off Plans.” This Department may take up to 15 work days for commercial projects; and 10 days for residential projects -- depending on the complexity of the project. A processing number will be assigned to each application when it is dropped off. When the review is complete, the applicant will be notified that the permit is ready or that corrections need to be made. Once the applicant is notified, they must come in to pick up the permit/plans.

Residents may now download and print out the BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION form and drop off the completed form at Village Hall for processing.
