Most regular Council meetings are held at the Deering Estate Visitor's Center, 16701 SW 72 Avenue, unless otherwise noted. Most zoning hearings are held at Southwood Middle School, 16301 SW 80 Avenue, unless otherwise noted. Please refer to the address listed on the "Public Meetings" page for complete information.

The current Agenda or the full packet (to the extent documents are electronically available) is provided below. This material will be available for public review at Village Hall or via the internet (in Acrobat.pdf format) on the Friday prior to a scheduled Council meeting date. In an effort to conserve paper and be more environmentally-conscious, while we will still continue to provide copies of the Agenda on the night of Council meetings, we will no longer be producing multiple copies of the Full Agenda. There shall be two public viewing copies available at the meeting.

Please adhere to Village Code 2-45 concerning Decorum:

All speakers must address their remarks to the mayor, speak in a dignified and courteous manner, and avoid admonishing individual members of the public, council and representatives of the village. Should a member of the audience become unruly or behave in an improper manner that is prejudicial to the dignified conduct of the meeting, the mayor shall have the power to require the person to leave the meeting and to be accompanied, if necessary, by a police officer. In the event the audience becomes unruly the mayor may either recess or adjourn the meeting.
